• Formal quotations are valid for 7 calendar days unless the quotation states otherwise.
• Prices are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand. No VAT is added, as we are not VAT registered. Export enquiries are handled case by case in writing.
• Website prices exclude freight unless a delivered price is shown. Freight shown at checkout is an estimate until dispatch confirms the routed distance and site access.
• Stock is sold on a first-paid basis. A unit is only reserved for you once the deposit or full payment reflects in our account.

• Full payment is required before dispatch unless a 50% deposit arrangement or approved financing is in place.
• Where a 50/50 split applies, the 50% deposit secures the unit and the balance is payable before the truck is loaded.
• Bank transfers must reference your order number so accounts can reconcile the payment.
• Card details supplied for offline processing are used once, for the authorised amount, and are never stored in full.

Ownership of the unit passes to you only once we have received payment in full. Risk in the unit passes to you on delivery to your site, or on collection from the depot by you or your appointed transporter. You are responsible for insuring the unit from that point.

• Delivery lead times are estimates based on depot availability and transport scheduling; they are not guaranteed dates.
• You must confirm the site-readiness attestations shown at checkout. A failed delivery caused by inadequate access, ground conditions or offloading equipment is re-billed at the full freight tariff.
• Driver standing time beyond two hours on site is billed at the published hourly rate.

Used containers are sold in their described grade — One-Trip, Cargo Worthy, Wind & Water Tight or As-Is — and carry the surface wear, patch repairs and paint variation normal for that grade. You are welcome to inspect any unit at the depot before purchase. We do not give warranties beyond the description on your invoice and your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act; where a unit is defective, unsafe or not as described, the returns policy and the Act apply.

Cancellation before dispatch is refunded in full. After delivery, the 30-day returns policy applies. Custom-fabricated units are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Financing pre-approval is an application, not an offer of credit. Decisions rest with the credit provider and are subject to affordability assessment under the National Credit Act. Information you submit is handled as set out in our privacy notice.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, downtime or loss of use, arising from delayed delivery or from the condition of a unit sold in a described used grade. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded in law, including liability for death, personal injury or gross negligence.

Neither party is in breach for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including port congestion, shipping-line delays, industrial action, load shedding, extreme weather or road closures. We will keep you informed and reschedule affected deliveries.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We ask that you raise any dispute with us first so we can resolve it directly; failing that, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court having jurisdiction over the buyer.
